After getting out of the Army in 1999, Jay Gee was in a horrific car accident and bed ridden for over a month. Transitioning into a typical office job (aka sedentary in a cubicle), coupled with years of horrible eating, nursing injuries, weight gain and inactivity, Jay I could not take it any longer. Subsequently, he was the victim of a mugging and was stabbed multiple times, setting his health to an all-time low. Jay made an immediate life change…The first change was in his own mind, then his body.
