Question one: Do I need to activative a  new laptop battery?

 
Point 1 : There will be 3 percent of electricity when we buy a new battery, don’t charge it until the battery’s remaining power is used up and shutdown.  Use an external charger to charge the new batteries after the remaining power is used up. Charging time must be more than 12 hours, repeated three times to do in order to activate the battery.

Point 2: No need to charge new batteries for 10 hours to activate the battery, in accordance with the normal charge-discharge-activated manner.

Proposed method: I agree with the second point of view, according to available data indicate that activation of the battery should be completed in the factory, the new battery is charged a little electricity in order to avoid damage to the battery from natural wear and tear. Batteries should be activated at the circumstances without protection circuit, the circuit itself can be a lithium battery protection circuit, this circuit is designed in order to avoid over-charging and discharging, general battery after full charge when the indicator goes out , batteries would not be charged.  Notebook manufacturers propose that a new battery should be charge for more than 10 hours. This may make some users have had the wrong point of view first, the author of this opinion is that notebook makers should take into account some new users have not fully grasp the charging skills, simply so that purpose them to charge 10 hours, so this should be the business of expediency.(unfinished)
