Many jobs make a new employee wait 90 days before they can claim full benefits as a full-time employee. During this time, an employee is not expected to have any unexcused latenesses or absences. If the employee violates the rules within that time period, he/she can be terminated uncontested. Ever wonder why 90 days is the measurement that companies use to grade new employees? Let's see if we can find out why.

Many women have employed the 90 day rule when it comes to having sexual relations with a new potential relationship. Is this a result of reading Steve Harvey's book Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man? Has this changed the game as far as dating is concerned? Can a book overrule what the heart feels? What would be the benefits that are derived from making a man wait 90 days to have sex? Would you use that criteria? Should a man be expected to wait for that long? Is that a long time?

What are some other things that people wait 90 days for?
How about drug rehab? Isn't that the time period that most in-patient programs use to determine whether an addict has successfully completed detox? Why 90 days?
What's up with the 90 day rule? Is there something valid behind that time period?
Listen to the show on Wednesday and let's see what we can find out.
