Many people make the decision in their lives to give up sex in their lives although they may be what could be considered to be young. For some it may be a lifetime of sexual frustration, for others it may because of a loss of a loved one in a romantic relationship that left them feeling empty. Perhaps they may feel that no one else would be able to live up to their past partner or their decision to not have sex again may be tied to some type of guilt.

This is bigger than just practicing celibacy. These folks have decided that sex is no longer for them in any way and although they may be still younger and virile, they have decided that their sex life has ended. Many seem to be satified with that decision but should thet be? Is that smart? Is that natural? Is not having sex healthy?

What has to occur in the mind of a person that has decided not to have sex ever agin? What is the mental process that has to take place as far as not having sex is concerned? How do you feel about your decion the 1st days and nights?

Is it ever healthy to not have sex?
