Why is it that we may be so good at one or more things in our lives but so poor at in areas that we really wish we could improve? Why is it that our emotions can be so unbalanced that it can lead us to feel so hopeless at times? Those scales of emotions always seem to be tipped in the favor of negativity of anger, sadness and depression right?
Seems to me that there must be something at work to make this phenomenon a reality and it's probably something that we haven't even paid attention to or have not been trained to beware of.
Tonight we are going to talk about getting started at doing something. Getting the ball rolling if you will. Identifying what it is that we do well and not so well and learning how to fix it. Identifying why we feel the way we do and and learning easy techniques that will go towards improving our moods and lives one step at a time.
