You remember don't you? I know I do. It doesn't have to be about a crime that you committed yourself, but for a lot of people police presence is something that they would rather avoid. After all, sometimes we have to try to prevent somebody else we know from getting caught. In an emergency situation, do you think about calling the cops first or are they usually your last alternative?
