 This year marks the eighth anniversary of June as National Caribbean American Heritage Month. Today's show is about  the CHO, 2013 Caribbean Heritage Salute to Hollywood & the Arts Gala on Friday, June 21, 2013.  This black-tie optional Gala will take place at the Hilton Universal Studios,  555 Universal Hollywood Dr, Universal City, CA 91608.

Honoree Paula Williams Madison, is Media Executive & Entrepreneur. Of Black and Chinese Jamaican heritage, Paula Madison was born in Harlem, New York.  She is a partner in Williams Group Holdings LLC; Board Member of Greater Los Angeles United Way; Chairman and CEO of the Sparks that has been  a member of the WNBA Board of Governors.
Honoree Actor Reno Wilson, Actor & Producer received the 2013 Heritage Award  that plays Officer Carl McMillan on the hit CBS series “Mike and Molly.” Reno made his television debut as Theo's best friend, Howard, on the legendary television series, "The Cosby Show." Reno has since starred and guest-starred in dozens of television series, including "Heist," Blind Justice" and the critically acclaimed Showtime series, "The Hoop Life."
Honoree Actress, Rhona Fox is a dynamic Indian-American actress born in Guyana and raised in Nassau, Bahamas.  Fox has been honored with the prestigious Golden Arrowhead Award from Guyana,  in June 2012.
