Hello Freedom Fans, This week I was interviewed by a reporter from First for Women Magazine as a follow up to the story they did on my win in a transformation contest. The interview got me thinking about the most important aspects of permanent change. I am convinced that the most important part of permanent fat loss is the discovery of the foods that nourish and satisfy you without over stimulating your appetite.
