Last weekend I went to see "Money Monster," starring George Clooney and Julia Roberts. Directer Jodie Foster Does a wonderful job creating the hyped-up show biz world that is inhabited by Clooney's Character, Lee Gates. As a theatre director, I know that Foster has considered everything that her lead charater does very carefully. The clothing he wears, his hairstyle, the way he moves, these all are vital in telling Lee's story.
In one essential character building moment, Foster films Clooney's character at the Craft Service table, and what he eats speaks volumes about what it takes to stay young and lean in a world where fattening food is everywhere.
Listen in to learn what it takes to stay lean, and ask yourself this question, "Why don't I just eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and is it worth the effort?" Let's explore the answer together today on The Sugar Freedom Show.
