Sometimes sugar addiction is so strong that even fruit and grain free baking can bring back cravings and the desire to overeat.  If certain foods leave you feeling full but still hungry, it may be best to just leave them out.  The key is to be true to yourself.  Plus, Catherine shares an easy recipe, her daily fat loss menu, and a challenging training session:

Dumb Bell Squats: 10 reps. Superset with Pushups: 10 reps x 3 rounds.

Dumb Bell Reverse Lunges: 5 reps per leg. Superset with Chest Presses: 10 Reps x 3 rounds

Bowler Squat 10 reps. Superset with Dumb Bell Curls 10 reps x 3 rounds.
