Antonio Dorso: Educator, Platform Artist, Editorial Stylist

The Hair Artist Association, LLC is honored to have Mr. Antonio Dorso as a guest here on our Blog Talk Radio Show!  For over 25 years, Mr. Dorso has been a well-respected educator,platform artist, editorial stylist, and consultant within the beauty industry.

Currently, Tony is the National Featured Stage Artist for IDEN International, based out of Long Beach, California, and appears at all of the major trade shows, including ISSE / West Coast, ISSE / Mid West, and the International Beauty Shows held in New York and Chicago.

Tony’s training over the years has been both broad and expansive, takingin a number of disciplines, and having studied with Toni & Guy New York and London, Jon Sahag Workshop / Manhattan, Aveda Academy, and Vidal Sassoon.

He is also a former member of the TIGI Art Team, through Toni & Guy London,and has traveled extensively doing shows and in-salon education.  He is a former staff member both the Anderson-French Salon, and, Revolver Salon, both in the heart of Manhattan.

His editorial work has graced the pages of magazines such as Nylon,Vue, and FHS, in addition to having worked with many of New York's top agencies, including I.D. Models, The Click Agency, Paulina's, and

V-Model Management NY.

During his tenure in Manhattan, he had the great pleasure of working onseveral projects at MTV, including a documentary on alternative band Blink 182, and the reality series "Made".
