The Word "Ministry" means "SERVICE". When GOD CALLS you to 'watch over' a Ministry,or a 'SERVICE",it is for a LIFETIME. There are NO RETIREMENTS FROM Ministry,unless it is DEATH! Even inOLD age,you can see SOMETHING that needs to be done.
