Christine Segal is Owner and President of Inner Beauty Workshops where she applies her talents as a Holistic Health Coach to teach clients how to generate beauty from the inside out. She creates “awareness” by educating people about alternative choices in health and wellness. Christine has given numerous talks at libraries throughout Suffolk County, Long Island as well as Mather Hospital in Port Jefferson. Christine has a Master’s Degree in Education from Adelphi University. She is also a Certified Vision Board Coach, having studied with Joyce Schwartz, author of “The Vision Board." Christine is currently attending Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is working with Jeffery Combs, mastermind expert. She hosts a weekly radio show on health and wellness on Freedomizer Radio called "Wake Up and Live" every Friday at 3:00 p.m., EST.
