Michael Acevedo been coaching golf at Santa Rita since 2000 Under his guidance his teams were Gila Region Champions 2005, team state qualifier in 2009, and Region Medalist 2001, Santa Rita HS has hosted the Santa Rita Boys Golf Invitational for the past 10 years. This past year they officially partnered with Flowing Wells High.
