Just about every Christian I've ever met has pondered (often with a "fearful expectation of judgement" - see Heb. 10:27) over the meaning of these verses in Mark:
"“Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the children of man, and whatever blasphemies they utter, but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”
But what exactly is meant by this? Is it even possible for one of God's Kids to commit such a sin? And why is there only ONE such sin mentioned in all of Scripture?
