TONIGHT, we will be looking at the week in review.

Strange goings on at the Colorado trial of James Holmes; a woman wearing a red dress with a shaved head, identified as Allison Michelle Ernst, stood up during the proceedings and claimed to possess evidence "vital to the defense" of Holmes.  Maybe it's just us, but when we start talking about particular styles of dress and shaved heads... well, let's just say it historically stirs the specter of conspiracy.

Did Mitt Romney swear an oath to destroy the United States? That's the assertion made by Dr. Webster Tarpley, along with some others.  It's called the "Law of Vengeance" in Mormon parlance, and was a reaction to the killing of LDS "prophets" Joseph and Hyrum Smith by a mob at the Carthage, Illinois jail they were being held in:

Indeed, when one examines Mormonism and its history - from the Mountain Meadows Massacre to the doctrine of Blood Atonement - it is clear that it is a religion born in blood, and not that of the Savior Jesus Christ.

We didn't forget that other shooting, though - you know, the one (allegedly) committed by Floyd Lee Corkins at the Family Research Council.  It would seem that the media has, though. When a precious, spotless, tolerant HOMOSEXUAL goes on a rampage shooting Christians solely for their beliefs... well, it seems to be quickly forgotten.
