Poetry Authors Celebrates National Poetry Month!

Ramona Harvey Author of

Unclipped Wings

For the many who are drawn to National Poetry Month in April, there are many more who feel that they are "poetically challenged" and just don't get it. But one woman's book aims to change that this year as she brings readers a thought-provoking read of poignant poetry that aims to serve as an outlet for personal introspection.
For Ramona Harvey, a disability advocate, self-discovery has played a large role in giving her the self-esteem needed to overcome life's challenges with cerebral palsy. But it isn't just the disabled who need to be reminded they have value -- Harvey says this lesson is applicable to all, and her book serves as a mirror allowing them to see themselves in a different light.

Rod Cockrum Author of Immediacy Poems

In his debut book Immediacy Rod brings readers an interesting an personal collection of poetry that covers various experiences and emotions.
