Looks like to me that the Mayor of Racine by trying to give a no bid contract to a former campaign staffer is wanting to put a trusted croney in a city job/place of power. Why this matters to Racine. How does this impact the City? Where we not told that Mayor Dickert was not like Mayor Becker? Why are no bids contracts trouble? You know that George and I have a lot to say on this issue
