He is a top-flight simulation model programmer, policy analyst, city planning and economic development expert, and political and media strategy specialist. Mr. Abraham has served as economic advisor to the last two Mayors of Oakland, as a consultant to several California Redevelopment agencies, and as a popular newspaper columnist. He developed the Oakland Baseball Simworld at UC Berkeley and using documents and materials he recorded during his time with the Oakland Mayor's Office.
