As a single mother, myself, I have come to the realization (finally) that I am not superworman AND there is only 24 hours in a day! No matter how I "GRIND" or say "TEAM NO SLEEP" I still only have 24 hours.  I not only NEED but LOVE sleep and time with my family.  It's time for us to gain clarity and put systems in place to ensure we live a successful yet enjoyable life!
