Gen X'ers Omar Adulalim and Stev talk work ethic, struggle and Millennials

My name is Steven G. Jackson and I am a Business-focused Strategist & Technologist.  Having spent 10+ Years as a Technical adviser to Enterprise Clients Across All Sectors In the US, Canada, and Europe, I know first hand how much the world of work has been transformed by Technology.

My passion for technology is only eclipsed by my passion for serving my community and working with its youth to get them prepared to enter into the STEM programs that are the gateway into the top universities that will prepare them for the requirements of tomorrow's workplace.  This is why I decided to launch my Conference, Inter Gen Discourse: Gen X to Millennial to Gen Z.

My guest, Omar Abdulalim, is a skilled Aircraft Fuel Systems technician working on multi-million dollar airplanes for the #1manufacture in the world.  He has been employed for 20+ years and has had to face and overcome adversity and he will outline some of the things that allowed him to overcome and excel during his career.  Omar will be one of the Gen X panelist during the Conference.

Both Stev and Omar hail from the same neighborhood where the Inter Gen Conference will be recruiting your Girls and Boys to become Data Scientist and they both understand the challenges that must be addressed and overcome in order to make that happen.

Omar, who will be a Gen X panel member at the conference, will speak about his background, the environment that the Gen Z's must navigate and the challenges that he has seen working with Millennials.
