Sermon 138 "Halloween vs. Jesus Christ"

Halloween is the highest "holy day" of Wicca, the religion of witchcraft and sorcery. The Bible condemns the occult in no uncertain terms.

Halloween glorifies zombies, vampires, ghouls, slasher films, serial killers, werewolves, ghosts, and other monsters who have real world equivalents.

Halloween is based on scaring children and encouraging them to take candy from strangers.

There is nothing good or nice about Halloween.

Would Jesus go trick or treating? Should a Christian participate in this occult event?
