The word “makeover” has so many different definitions, but in essence it all boils down to wanting to change how you’re perceived.  Unfortunately it seems to be what we want to offer more to our customers than ourselves, because we may feel that we don’t need it and we’re just perfect the way we are in both the products and services we offer.
As we’re in the month of July and we’re halfway through the calendar year, for a majority of us this also reflects halfway through our business financial year too.  This is also the time of year when I work with my clients in analyzing what’s been going on in the past 6 months and offer some basic projections for the final 6 months of the year.  You may think that’s a bit premature, but with a major election in 2012 in the coming months, this is going to be a pivotal time for our economy and you need to be prepared for most anything.  Something that you should consider is your own business makeover, because with the introduction of the internet it’s become self-evident that with the information overload consumers receive, that means more choices and more competition.
