I truly feel that I worked among some of the most intelligent people in their respective fields. A few of these people possessed some traits that made them the first to be picked on difficult projects, but it wasn’t primarily because of their intelligence. They had been chosen because of their ability to adapt to difficult situations. I never worried about them calling me in a panic because they didn’t have the proper resources or manpower. They just seemed to always have an innate ability to adapt and make it through the problematic circumstances.

Stephen spent 11 years as a police officer in a North Carolina city and spent a number of years in broken and dysfunctional homes, and will make common references to his personal experiences in this environment. He is now a Christian Counselor and Ordained Minister at Northside Baptist Church in Charlotte NC. He is a graduate of Trinity College and Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling.
