I recently heard Josh McDowell discuss the topic of sexuality and children and it seriously alarmed me. Children are learning what sex is at younger ages and in the wrong context. Sex is a beautiful act in the bonds of marriage, but children are being giving distorted truths about sexuality from a variety of media sources. We can either wait to discuss sex in the proper Biblical  context or become guilty through our timid omission.

Recently Stephen was with his 4 year old daughter at Starbucks and while they were in the parking lot she began shouting "the birds and the bees daddy!" After almost dropping his coffee Stephen realized the context of her comment. In the Starbucks neon sign on the building, some birds had built a nest in the letter B!

Whether your child is 4 or older, this conversation is going to surface, and hopefully it will be more than a simple brief talk. Our children need to learn about sex from a truly Biblical perspective. In our show today we will discuss the need to openly communicate such hot topics with our children.

Pastor Stephen Goode will field your questions and comments on this urgent and needed topic.
