It is a constant that throughout history there are events that bring people from distant lands together on the same soil. These interactions more often than not create children; children who are unique due to their mixture... The historic events of World War II brought Black American soldiers to Europe and Asia.  There were women there to help them forget (if but for a moment) their yearning for home.  Sooner or later they hoped to return alive...   Children were born and fathers went home.  These children were different and would find it hard to be accepted.  My guest will be the lovely Lisa Dixon who will share her ordeal.  She was one of the "Brown Babies" of Germany, the daughter of a German mother and an African American soldier.  Her story is also one of many featured in the award winning documentary "Brown Babies: The Mishlingkinder".
