In the past few months when the US has made sanctions against nations it has backfired. From Russia, to Iran, and now with the UN deciding to sanction Houthis in Yemen and make sure Al Qaida is armed there, while the country is bombed by US backed Saudi Arabia and the complicity of other Sunni Arab nations, we see the sanctioning from the US empire or its cohots, has only backfired and brought more hate against the US and a climate of WWIII scenario.
