Denise Iwaniw, host of Balancing Heaven and Earth & Neshi Lokotz, host of Sacred Hoop invite you to join them in this important and profound soul full conversation about being comfortable in your own skin.
Getting Under Your Skin. The color of our skin color, bi-racial, tri-racial or full blood, what does this mean in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual lives? How do you learn to love and accept yourself when others in your own family or tribal Nation do not accept you? Talking about how we love and accept ourselves is a very important conversation to discuss as we heal barriers, and traumas to our soul growth.
