Thom Reed, is the founder of Miami Models, and is the son of the late Dr. Howard Reed, a Connecticut attorney and politician, who was supported by Senator, Christopher Dodd in his run for office. The UFO encounters of the Reed Family, date back to the 1960’s in the town of Sheffield Massachusetts. The Reed case was assigned a Vallee classification of “CE4” with a case category of 3 (physical evidence).

The Reed UFO case remains one of only a few, to be mentioned within the walls of the United Nations. Family Attorney, Robert Bletchman, working in conjunction with Mohammad Ramadan, the President of the Parapsychology Society of the United Nations, organized a symposium on the UFO subject, on Oct 2nd 1992.  Bletchman introduced the Reed case in support of GA 33/426. Thom’s father, Attorney Howard Reed, lost his life under questionable circumstances, on that same day. Detective Steve White and others in law enforcement have investigated the case and documented the radioactive hot spots and the magnetic fields associated with the encounter. Thomas passed his first and only polygraph test with a 99.1% no deception indicated, under the directive of Detective White.

The Reed Family case made local news back in 1969 when it aired on WSBS Radio. The case has since made Fox News, Canada’s Morning Show, the LA Times, and the front page of the Berkshire Eagle. It was also the premier, of Discovery Channel’s new series, “Alien Mysteries”, and soon to be featured in an upcoming episode of Science Channel's “Uncovering Aliens”.
