Tragedy-Triumph-True Love & Religious Treason

This week on Behind the Blue Curtain we salute Sgt Steve Perez of Houston PD who lost his life after 34 years of faithful service to the City of Houston.  I also want to give a big shout-outs to the literally 1000s of Americans that took vacation time or leave without pay to respond from all over the country to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey. Funny how tragedy erases racial lines and makes us be at our best. We’ll also discuss: Kenneth Copeland: Net Worth $760 Million, Pat Robertson: Net Worth $100 Million, David Oyedepo $150 Million, Benny Hinn $42 Million, Joel Osteen $40 Million, Chris Oyakhilome 'pastor Chris'  $30-50 Million, Creflo Dollar $27 Million, Billy Graham $25 Million, Rick Warren $25 Million, T.D Jakes $18 Million, Temitope Joshua $15 Million, Matthew Ashimolowo $6-10 Million, Joyce Meyer: Net Worth $8 Million and Paula White $5 Million.  If you dont know who any of these people are then you probably still have money in your pockets   How much money is salvation costing you?  This segment is not an attack on Christians or Jesus so dont get religiously defensive but some of us want to understand how this happens.  People give to the church in good faith, the church grows, the pastor grows and the members get to watch.   In some of these Mega-Churches the only thing missing from the pulpit preparations is a ski mask. Its hard to find a lot of these Mega Preachers when tragedy hits and their not the main headline, but just another worker.   I do not speak for the City of Waco, the Waco Police Department, The Officers, Civilian Employees or Citizens of Waco.  My comments are my person opinion based on my personal and professional experiences.
