“We often hate each other because we fear each other; we fear each other because we don’t know each other; we don’t know each other because we cannot communicate; we cannot communicate because we are separated.” Martin Luther King, Jr.

Race!. It’s that scary topic.  The elephant in the room.  We all see it and avoid discussing it. We pray for unity but all too often take no steps to achieve it.  We’re seeing racial ignorance and indifference  play an instrumental part in destroying Police-Community Relations and  America.  Well today my Guest is Jo Welter, Board Chair of the Waco Community Race Relations Coalition https://www.crrcwaco.net This group does some marvelous things here in Waco and I believe that many cities that are struggling with race issues can learn from Jo and the Waco Race Relations Coalition. She is a wealth of knowledge and this diverse group of people continues to be very instrumental in fostering productive dialog in regards to racial differences and  here in Waco. The Community Race Relations Coalition is a diverse group of citizens and organizations based in Waco, Texas whose mission is to promote racial and cultural awareness through dynamic outreach to strengthen our community. I will always bring real people.  Its gonna be a dynamite show! Feel free to call in, weigh in and lets keep it real!
