This fun and informative class will provide the tools and information to be able to establish a team in the challenging world of home staging.
We will discuss hiring practices, how to find and pay team members and policies and procedures required to produce an effective team. We will touch on the pitfalls and problems that expanding your staff can offer as well as address administrative procedures such as employee contracts and billing.

1. Hiring Practices. Participants will be able to develop a hiring process and learn how to find their team members and train them once they are found.
2. What and How to Pay Your Team. Participants will be given the tools to learn how to reimburse their team members and employment contracts to have in place for them.
3. Policies and Procedures. Participants will learn the importance of a Policies and Procedures Manual and learn how to incorporate them into their business.
