African Americans in The Spirit Industry

Throughout history, African Americans have been making noise in various industries, and the alcohol industry is no different.   We are hoping to have guests on the air today from both Harlem Brewing and Shoe Crazy Wine.  

Gwen Hurt had a very successful career and family working for a top company that eventually let her go because of downsizing and then she and one of her kids was in a car accident... From that experience, she refused to fall into depression but instead decided to change her hobby into a full time career and has launched Shoe Crazy Wine....Helping her in this venture is Donald Brumfield and others who are part of her sales team that is bringing this product to NC.

Celeste Beatty is the founder of Harlem Brewing which is a top rated Brewing company based in New York.  What started out as a hobby is now a thriving business for this entrepreneur who is taken the craft beer industry by storm........These young ladies and others will be our guests on this show which is airing this Monday and we look forward to hearing from you our guests as well..
