    OHL Championship

    In a little Ontario Hockey League news,

    The Windsor Spitfires defeated the London Knights in game 5 at the WFCU Centre to take the series and the Western Conference Championship, 4 games to 1 Tuesday night. Eric Wellwood got the game winning goal and future NHL star, John Tavares got a goal for the Knights. The Spitfires will now go on to play in the OHL Championship where they will play the winner of the Belleville Bulls and Brampton Batalion.
