The Healthy Living Program (HLP) Fitness Show is an innovative and compassionate television program which airs on WESL-TV26 in East St. Louis Illinois, But usually records live in St. Louis, Mo. The purpose of the show is to mentor disadvantaged children through spoken word and raise the awareness of health and fitness to both children and adults.
