‘Tis the season of Yuletide cheer!  Everywhere you turn there are jingly songs, Christmas bells, invitations to buy gifts, but holidays are also a time of great stress for many people.

Despite being better connected technologically, loneliness and isolation is on the rise.  So if you are far from home because you are displaced in the diaspora like so many young professionals and immigrants are these days, how do you cope with the holidays?

If you are trying to juggle the job, the family, the daily rigors of life, and now you add mailing Christmas cards, shopping, wrapping gifts, you may feel overwhelmed and stressed.

Or maybe this is such a financially stressful time because expectations for gifts are high and you are barely keeping the mortgage paid and food on the table.

Or maybe you simply hate getting together with your family; you’re about to start drowning in siblings, in-laws, parents, aunts, cousins and you hate all the work and maybe half your family too.  How do you cope?

Join us for an uplifting show to give you ideas and tips for how to cope with the Christmas season.
