Dusty Winchester is the name that rings bells in the Queen City Metro area. He has a rare, eccentric, lyrical quality that you are truly missing out on if you haven’t caught one of his performances. He bombards the stage with vehemence, and an old-school flava that the crowds welcome during each performance. They roar and jeer while chanting his name, “Duuuuusty! Duuuuusty! Duuuusty!” You don’t typically see this type of arousal from locals; however, Dusty picked up on that fairly quickly. He learned that he had the apt gift to move the crowd. This brought him honor as an MC. He is a new-age lyricist that embodies the creativity and finesse of old-school “Hip-Hop”. There aren’t any doubts that Dusty Winchester will propel in his plight to be the greatest while already being one of the most gifted as well as an epoch legend during this period and in our generational time.

Dusty Winchester was destined to become a star at the impressionable age of 5-years-old. He was already practicing the latest break dancing techniques, and rapping to anything with a rhythm. No one could have guessed that this would create an outlet, while opening the door to his love for music.

He had strong influences during the 90’s era such as Notorious B.I.G.,Wu-Tang Clan, Rakim,Nas, and Kriss Kross. This groomed him, and it is where he grasped the concept of Old School Hip-Hop. Dusty believes with sincerity that it is time to bring back the essence of real MC battles, using the common flow of authentic Hip-Hop. The same type of music that has shaped his style into what it is today.

He has worked with reputable hit makers such as, Erving (King) Poole, Atg & Prime, Blue Marley, Surreal, Leo Menza, Brice Elroy, Futuristic Beats, C.C. Merit
