Essie Rerun Berry 9663 Santa Monica blvd.suite #121 Beverly Hills Ca 90210 The sole purpose of this letter is to reveal information that  has been discovered over the past three\six years regarding my late husband.Fred Rerun Berry  the actor from the late 1970’s What’s Happening sitcom and the founder of Suitlandfest C.D.C./ Rerun's School of Preforming Arts.  Since my husband’s death October 21, 2003  it has been determined that there has been an unauthorized use of Fred Berry’s personal identification number (EIN) 522-197854 that has been used to establishing bank accounts in the form of loans, government grants, saving accounts and possibly lines of credits.            Many attempts to gather information concerning the Suitlandfest/R.S.P.A Corp. The Family has been met with constant road blocks to get information from the Suitlandfest Corporation and the BB&T bank’s .  Further complicating matter; after inquires there was second EIN # 522-052386  concerning  Suitlandfest.       What prompted the investigate was when, I was going through some of Fred’s paper work,and found the contract for his   Nonprofit Organization that he had established from a television show entitled, “The Weakest Link”.  This was in the year 2001.  Then I started receiving paper work and W-2 forms form several studio companies with Suitlantfest R.S.P.A.  So I called the BB&T Bank.       I spoke to Jacqueline Peavley. a bank teller , I asked her about Suitlandfest Corporation R.S.P.A.  She indicated that she was handling all of Fred's accounts.  She asked me who I was, and I told her that I was Fred’s Widow.    I inquired about Fred's accounts. When I asked Ms. Peavely for copies of Fred’s bank records, she wanted verification of who I actually was.  I faxed her personal information to confirm who I was, and then her entire attitude changed towards me she was very disrespectful and cursing and hung up on me.    I  called back  and was routed to a Kim Ray, and she apologized for Ms..Peavley behavior. I was told that all of the personal information. I was requesting would be sent to me and the family.  The Family never received anything from the bank. So I flew to Maryland and went to BB&T Bank and I ask to speak with Kim Ray that, I thought was a women.But Kim Ray was a man and Vice President of BB&T Bank.   I told Mr. Ray how Ms.Peavley talked to me, I asked if we could set up a meeting with Ms. Peavely and he indicated that it wasn’t possible.      Mr.Kim Ray  told me that I had to show proof that, I was the legal Administrator of Fred’s Estate to get the bank records so I did.  I call back to the bank asked for Mr.Ray a couple days later, and someone told me he was no longer there. I was transfered to Patricia Garcia who was the BB&T Regional Operations Audit Officer located at 1909 K Street NW Washington, DC.  I was sent incomplete bank records.    On Behalf of Fred Rerun Berry Family and his legacey of his corporation that he Created we want answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Sincerely,  The Berry Family Attached Below, please find a portion of What Suitlandfest Assesments and Assets.  To view 990 PDF forms just click on the years date.    1. “Fred Rerun Berry” actor from 1970’s sitcom(“What’s Happening”)”Family is asking for a Federal Investigation on a 20 million dollar cover up from Mr. Fred and Essie Berry Tax Identification number.(52-2197854)                                                                                              Whistle Blower!!!  Over the past six years regarding the late Fred Rerun Berry who was an actor from the 1970’s “What’s Happening” Sitcom. Berry died October 21, 2003. It has been determined that there has been an unauthorized use of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Berry’s personal identification number utilizing this number to establish bank accounts in the form of loans, government grants, saving accounts and lines of credit. Thousands of dollars have been utilized in property developments, purchasing of land and community development projects in the Suitland Maryland, Largo Maryland and New Carrolton areas. Many attempts to gather documents from a Bank and a Corporation in Maryland have been met with roadblocks.   In 2001 Fred Rerun Berry appeared on” The Weakest Link and that is were it all began.  Mrs. Berry started receiving paper work from the Internal Revenue, Documents and contracts in c/o Essie Berry for this corporation and Tax Idenification Number. Mrs. Berry requested bank accounts records .  The bank teller wanted Mrs. Berry to provided information to confirm her identity.  Information was faxed in 2004 to a bank in Maryland still no records.  In 2005, Mrs. Berry meets with the Vice-President of the bank.  Mrs. Berry asked for all accounts in reference to Fred Rerun Berry Tax Identification 52-2197854 records were mail but they were incomplete.   Mrs. Berry and Portia Allen, Fred’s daughter in 2007 over heard a phone conversation with a bank employee while holding during a phone conversation say, “That poor, poor lady they drained her husbands' account.  With all of the compelling evidence, bank records, documents and paper trail and errors that the banks have made in utilizing Mr. and Mrs. Fred Berry Tax Identification number. The Berry family is seeking a full Federal Investigation to this matter.  All facts can be proven.
