To whom it may concern:First I want to give an honor to god who is the head of my life,I want to thank all the fans and people who E mail me in my time away from me spitiing it out.It all started back in june of 2008 my son was a target and had been racially profile,one situation when a gang task force were picking black men off the street saying they were gang members.one of the men was my son,Then they took 400 dollars  cash from him and road off into the sunset shortly  in Barstow California after that  My son with his Father in law went to report what happen a watch commander Hunter he did nothing to help my son and other African who had complaints,And they were unable to report the problem.The second Problem happen July 4 2008 a drunk driver hit my sons car and 2 other parked cars and no infomation was given to my son about the driver for that hit him till over 30 days later when I went to demand the report. and for what ever.the reason the police would not release the infomation.That made me feel as if they were covering somthing up and they new the Women her name is Angela DeGraw Salas located in Barstow California that did the hit and run from the Barstow police Station.Then on july 12,2008 my son was arrestted for stealing a car and a warrant for his Arrest so then I began to call the barstow police and there was watch commander Hunter again at that time they said my son was being booked on these charges and that he could make a phone call later they never even reading him his rights.I new that I had to get to my son and get the matter straight.On July 13, when we went to bail my son out of jail the Bail company said that my son was not in the Barstow jail I began to call and I called 
 
all that night he got arrested.So then I learn that my son had been booked under someone else name and the arresting officer kept telling him to shut up he was lying and he had 5 idenification with his real name on it and they still book him under a ome called Deandre Deshae Jackson birthday 4-17-77 age 31 ht 5"4 wt"145 blk hair Charges Vc12500(A) drive w/o licence next charge Vc16028(A) FTP Finan RESP next charge Vc40508A Fail to Appear next Charge PC496(A) REC KNWN Stolen Prop $400 + next charge VC10851(A) Vehicle Theft and after he was taking he told me that a cop said that he would loose him in the system and with this identy it could have been done.My son name is Deondrae M Jackson birthhday 2-19-88 ht 5/7 wt 150 totally diffrent and his finger prints came back clean and they  still tried to keep my son and when they booked him threw the police department they did not sign the report from the police station neither did my son.But the intake officer from the San Bernidino County Sheriff's Department Jail was D Galan why didn't he listen to my son they were to busy trying to frame a man that was not guilty they pick the wrong black man.Now I new it was a set up, I went to Barstow California a lady from the record department name Maryalin she was the only one who stood noble enough to give me straight information she need to be a watch commander or the cheif of police in Barstow. I called for Mrs Diann  Burns chief of several times and my calls were block I was able to speak to next in command watch commander Heiden 2 times and he seem some what concern.But I just told him you have corrupt cops, What else is it to say,and before Mrs,Maryalin got involved he did not retun my calls either.And even when i brought to watch commander heiden what the offices had done we still had  to go to court under somone else identy fo my son on august 21, 2008 he was cleared on the charges but I want the Officers who are racially Profile African American people some of the cops in Barstow remined me of a small force of KKK with nothing better to do that trying to set up niggas, as they would say that how they treated my son like a dum nigga who did not know his name.Officer Nervaris stated he new my son was not in the car,Why was he arrested then?Officer Johnston told my son just give a name and we will let you go free what name?There was the Officer who mad the statement he would loose him in the system he almost did,Officer Hunter was on the seen again He is the watch commander so he new my son was not gulity.Officer Kelly I called out all the Officers that my son has talk  on any level and there is more. If you don't stand for somthing you fall for anyting Hanging niggas has been gone a long time and there will be a change for justice (spititout1@yahoo.com)Essie Rerun Berry Justice continues
