To begin the cleansing process, either sit up (back straight) or be standing, whichever is more comfortable for you. Take three deep breaths, exhaling completely after each one. Now with your arms stretched out in front of you, bend your elbow up and position your palms so they are in front of you, facing each other approximately six inches apart.
Keeping your palms there recite the following with conviction and intent:
“Angels of light,
I ask that your presence be felt within me
And that your own Love energy flow from my palms
Into and throughout my body, as I use our energy together
to cleanse my physical and Spiritual body.”
You are now ready to begin the cleansing!
As you say the following verse, pass your palms over your body.
Starting with your right palm over your left shoulder, pass your palm down your left arm and out your left hand, saying with conviction and intent:
“I am a blessed Soul, made of Gods Love
I wipe away the dark energy that has sought to occupy this physical form.
My Soul is Holy and Blessed and carries with it the Love of God, the Angels, and the Eternal Souls. Dark energy shall have no comfort here.”
Now moving your left palm over your right shoulder, arm, and hand.
Saying with conviction and intent:
Then using both palms pass them from your upper chest through your abdomen and out the lower part of your body, Saying with conviction and intent:
Use the same process for your left leg, then your right, with each pass repeating the verse with conviction and intent:
Finish the cleansing by passing both palms over the top of your head (crown chakra) and then have your palms follow down threw your neck area, though the upper chest area, the abdomen and then out of the body at the sides, again saying with conviction and intent:
Upon completion of the cleansing, offer the following verse, saying with conviction and intent:
“Thank you Dear Angels for assisting with this cleansing. I ask that you remain with me and around my body offering protection to my body, mind, and spirit.”
