    Forget Your New Year's Resolutions...

    I'm going to ask you to try something different for the New Year. Forget about your 2009 new year's resolutions and goals so you can start the year with something fun and easy.

    Ask three questions that will hone your focus for the coming year.

    Take these with you for when you're in the mood to muse...sit down relax somewhere comfortable, pull out a fresh notebook, light a candle, pour a glass of wine and define the year ahead.

    1.  How would you like this coming year to be different from the last?



    2.  If you could change two qualities in yourself what would they be?



    3.  What are five things you'd like to accomplish this year?


    And to wrap it up, complete these sentences.

    I would like to feel....


    I would like to experience...


    I would like to be....

    See, that wasn't so bad, maybe even just a little bit fun. Now, go and enjoy your new year in peace, joy and abundance.
