CHAMBER OF PRAYER: Renewing Joyous Expectations

Renewing our Joyous Expectations is Renewing Hope. Hope has become thought of as wishful thinking or blind faith that has not yet ripened into belief and assurance. In the ancient meaning, Hope is Trust: Hebrew verbs that in certain contexts are translated as "to hope" in English denote "hope" in the sense of "trust". There is Joyous Expectation because we TRUST the Universe to respond according to Universal Law that is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. In the Universal Law of Mind, it is done unto us AS WE BELIEVE or AS WE TRUST. We trust when we understand in general how the Source Creator works in and as the All-and-All -- not by fickle happenstance but by consistant, constant rule of Universal Law. The all-and All responds to our creative thought, vision, belief, and EXPECTATION. If we expect everything to work out for our greatest good, it does. When we expect and believe in disasterous results, we get it. When we believe in "a fickle finger of fate", we get whatever is written in our fears -- whatever is in false evidence appearing real.

New Thought-Ageless Wisdom teacher, Dr. Maisha Hazzard, speaks words of Universal Truth that remind us that answers to every question already exist in the Infinite Mind of the Creator. Solutions to every problem already exist in Higher Mind (in the Above). When the great Teacher and Example --Yeshua-- declared, "Thy will be done in earth (in form)  as it is in Heaven (in Infinite Mind)" he was saying let that which is in the Above (in the Mind of God) come into full expression in our lives here below. As It is Above in Supreme Consciousness, let it be in expression on Earth in our human lives. The Will in Divine Mind is always for our Greatest Good.
