Everyday, 350 billion cells are made new. Everyday there is regeneration and renewal. Everyday the cells of your body receive a message from the Source that says, "Behold, I make all things new." In the newness of Life in every moment, our bodies are recreated so that our bodies are forever young. As we keep our minds stayed on life renewing itself, we enable every cell to live in youthful perfection. 
 
Your physical body is the instrument through which Spirit lives out Its individual adventures on this plane as us. The Spirit and the body are not separate; your body is Spirit or Life compressed to the point of visibility.
