Creator God,
Your rule is to love,
to love with all our heart and mind,
body, soul and being,
and to love each other
as we love our very self.
So just this day, may we be rooted in love,
may we be rooted in You O God,
and may we embody and live the rule of love for all people.
May we linger longer in love in God, just this day,
For our lives are compatible with You,
Abundant, Gracious and Loving One.
So let us be rooted in love, just this day. Amen.
