  Taking Time For "ME"
  

   

  Cooking and cleaning

  After a whole days work

  Driving and planning

  Boy do my feet hurt!

   

  Multitasking while struggling

  To do a million things

  The days hustle and bustle

  Starts even before the clock alarm rings

   

  Chatting with friends

  Keeping up with social lines

  Remembering, all you had was coffee

  And its lunch your tummy reminds

   

  Greeting and meeting

  Keeping appointments in tact

  Uploading, downloading

  Gotta remember to send that fax

   

  Doing more in one day

  Before the sun has rose,

  Still pushing forward

  Keep busy and on my toes.

   

  Each day that passes

  Turns into the next,

  Losing myself

  Becoming  so complex.

   

  Up and at um so much

  That silence is sound,

  Time for me never seems

  To make it’s way around.

   

  "Me time" seems strange

  But it must be done,

  We must take time

  To care for number one!

   

  If we don’t do it

  Then who else will?

  Taking time  for “ME”

  Will better how we feel.

   

  Taking time for yourself

  Will help you to grow,

  Taking  ME time

  Will help more then you know.

   

  So many times

  It’s for others we do

  Set aside some time

  Just simply  for you!
