Spice It Uphttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/spice-it-up Children With Autism As the number of African American Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders grows; there has been very few case or clinical studies involving them. African-American children frequently are confronted with late diagnosis or misdiagnosis. Many misdiagnosed and undiagnosed African American Children end up in the criminal justice system each year. Our goal is to stop this miscarriage of justice; by helping families identify the warning signs of autism early on. We can start to overturn these disparities by helping African-Americans with autism reach their full potential. Empowering families with information on autism that they can use to advocate services for their child. We are humbly requesting that more is done in the way of clinical and case studies of African American children affected by ASD. These studies will help a community better foster these children as well as dismiss the myth in the African American Community that Autism it is a white disorderenCopyright Calvin Brown (C/O Blogtalkradio)Sat, 15 Jun 2019 05:00:00 GMTThu, 22 Apr 2010 22:00:00 GMTCurrent EventsBlogTalkRadio Feed v2.0https://dasg7xwmldix6.cloudfront.net/hostpics/5192ccfd-8e25-4b26-8f08-6704556cffc0_nfinitylogogreen.jpgSpice It Uphttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/spice-it-up Children With Autism As the number of African American Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders grows; there has been very few case or clinical studies involving them.
