Dr. Sarita Freedman is a clinical psychologist, who had a successful career as a special education teacher and trained future teachers, working with a diverse range of populations, including children with Autism, Emotional Disturbance, Mental Retardation, Attention Deficit, Hyperactivity Disorder, Language Disorders, and Developmental Delay. Her practice consists of conventional psychotherapy services for adults and children, and she carries a specialty in developmental disabilities, and specifically, in children and adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). She is the founder of College on the Spectrum™, whose mission it is to help students with autism spectrum disorders succeed in college and in life.
