How do you feel inside?

Only 40 years ago, the concept of wellness reached everyday people. 

More affluent societies, have the time and the resources to pursue wellness, as a way of life. Wellness, is still considered a luxury, as consists of managing that fragile string between your mind and your body, covering the connection between your mind and body, with the end in mind.

People live longer than theu used to few decades ago,, they want to leave a legacy behind, they fight for good causes, and, yet, what is happening with the rest of the world? Poverty affects us all, and the fact that you live in an afluent society or in a poor village, with no running water, not able to meet the demand basic needs of food, shelter and  medical care, it is not outside your world, wherever you live in the world, wherever you are at in our own journey. 

What it takes to change what you don' like in your life? What it takes to turn your dream into reality, now? 

When is the right time for you, all of us to extinct poverty? What it takes for everyday people to make a significant difference in their own life for the peple they care and love, for themselves? Is taking a walk in the park enough to keep your life balanced? Is it possible to WALK THE TALK and inspire people to be more?
