One hour away from Los Angeles there is a place where longevity is a way of life, The only Blue Zone in North America, and one of four places with the highest longevity in the world, this city looks not different than other places. But what is really different is the locals' lifestyle. National Geographic published a book written by Dan Buettner "The Blue Zones: Lessons for Living Longer From the People Who've Lived the Longest". Recently I visited this town to understand what makes its residents live happily ever after the age of 100.. There is a strict control on the sale of alcohol, smoking is banned, and there is no BBQ material to be found at the local supermarket.
People who are born after 1944 are aware of the damaging effects of stress, smoking, alcohol consumption, lack of exercise and they take inspired action for living longer, in harmony with their life purpose. A baby boomer myself, I invited Dr George Grant, Founder of Academy of Wellness, Toronto Canada to share with us the secret that 3,000,000 baby Boomers hold that makes their lives expectations higher than ever, Is Dr George Grant ready to unveil the mystery of Wellness for our audience, in our Forever Young Radio show today?
