    Nikia Jackson lives in Baltimore MD. There she works very hard to mentor young girls to them with their self esteem. Her program is well know all around Baltimore.  Nikia, speaks to high school students all over the country.  Nikia, models, and is working a motivational CD with about 10 speakers from around the country called, Permission to Succeed it due out in 2008.  Hear how she got her start, and what keeps her motivated.  Nikia is perpetual motion all ways on the go. She is definitely an example of "moving from the bench to the starting line-up of life"
